The identities of all five people killed in the explosion at Hanwha Aerospace's Daejeon facility were confirmed on Wednesday, two days after the accident.
The identities of the victims were verified through DNA analysis conducted by the National Forensic Service, according to the Daejeon Metropolitan Police Agency.

"We confirmed the identities by comparing DNA samples from the victims and their family members," a police official said. "The bodies will be returned to their bereaved families."
