Bank accounts of three more individuals have been frozen by the Central Bank of Samoa.
This is linked to investigations involving Unalei Rentals and the shooting in Vietnam, where two Samoans have been charged with murder.
Nakitah Anne Charles, Matthew Nhan Thien Nguyen and Junior Poi Neru Tiatia’s names have been added to the six whose accounts were frozen last week, following an order from the Central Bank of Samoa.
Charles has an Australian passport, Nguyen an American and Tiatia has a New Zealand passport.
The order was issued on 2 June 2026.
