Six individuals named in CBS order to freeze accounts linked to Vietnam shooting investigation

Central Bank of Samoa Governor Maiava Atalina Ainuu-Enari yesterday ordered commercial banks to “freeze without delay” all accounts and financial instruments linked to six individuals, including two Samoan nationals, two New Zealand nationals, one United States citizen and another person whose nationality was not listed in documents obtained by the Samoa Observer.
