Israel has continued its airstrikes on southern Lebanon despite the partial ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah.

Officials said four people had been killed and 127 others were injured in the city of Tyre – including dozens of staff in a hospital which was badly damaged in the strike.

Israel claimed it had been targeting “Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure” nearby.
