A data center and an office spanning 340,000 sq ft (31,587 sqm) in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, has gone on sale.

Located at 1831 Chestnut Condominium, the six-storey property sits on a 4.24-acre site and offers 53,000 sq ft (4,923 sqm) of data center space, and it comes with two interior generators, one exterior generator, and two Liebert cooling units, according to a brochure about the property produced by Colliers.

The property is currently in receivership, according to the St. Louis Business Journal, and is being listed for lease on LoopNet and for sale on RI Marketplace. The lease price for each floor of the property is listed at $15.5 per square foot, while the sale auction - scheduled for June 22 - lists the starting bid as $250,000.

The property previously hosted health insurance providers Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s primary Missouri data center operations for 32 years, according to information on RI Marketplace.
