Real estate developer BPTP Limited will invest Rs 1,200 crore in developing a premium residential project in Sector 66, Gurugram, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 2,500 crore. The project carries an IGBC Platinum pre-certification, incorporating energy-efficient systems, passive cooling strategies, water conservation measures, and green building practices.
