Edge data center firm Etix is set to buy four French data centers from fiber firm Eurofiber.
The companies this week announced they are in exclusive negotiations around the sale of Eurofiber’s colocation activities in France, covering four data centers located in the Occitanie region in the south of the country.

The deal could be completed by June 2026. Terms have not been shared.
The deal would include three wholly owned facilities in Toulouse, Auch, and Nîmes, as well as a colocation unit in Labège – and four operational staff – adding to Etix's existing French portfolio of 13 data centers and 15 globally. Full details of the facilities have not been shared.
