MANILA, Philippines – State-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has sought the backing of Japanese investors for a P100-billion cluster of infrastructure and urban development projects.

In a statement, BCDA said the projects proposed during President Marcos’ recent state visit to Japan include transit-oriented developments, port modernization, tourism destinations, smart utility systems and renewable energy projects.

These are spread across key BCDA-managed areas, namely Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, New Clark City in Tarlac, the Poro Point Freeport Zone in La Union and Camp John Hay in Baguio City.
