Supreme Court refuses CBT mode for NEET-UG 2026 re-test
The Supreme Court of India has declined to direct the National Testing Agency to conduct the NEET-UG 2026 re-examination in a computer-based test (CBT) format, observing that changing the mode at this stage would create practical difficulties. Meanwhile, the agency has assured stricter security measures, enhanced surveillance, multi-layer authentication and greater inter-agency coordination for the June 21 re-examination. #NEETUG2026 #SupremeCourt #NTA
