New Dean takes charge at Thoothukudi Government Medical College Hospital

E. Ebenezer Joel Kumar on Monday assumed charge as the new Dean of Thoothukudi Government Medical College Hospital.He succeeds G. Sivakumar, who retired from service two months ago. R. Padmanabhan, Medical Superintendent, had been serving as dean in-charge. Subsequently, Mr. Kumar, who was professor in the Department of Anaesthesia, Government Madras Medical College, was appointed as the new dean of the hospital.He formally assumed office by signing official documents at the Dean’s office on the campus.Mr. Padmanabhan, Silas Jeyamani, Resident Medical Officer, department heads and doctors extended their greetings and wishes to the new dean.
