CHICAGO — Alcohol-related admissions account for less than 1% of unplanned hospitalizations among patients with cancer, but incidence has significantly increased over time.Data presented at ASCO Annual Meeting showed an average annual increase of almost 200 alcohol-related hospitalizations among adults with cancer between 2016 and 2021.
