Real estate investment firm Legacy is developing a new data center outside San Antonio, Texas.
The company this week announced plans for a 50MW development at 1000 Bolton Rd in Marion, Guadalupe County.

The company said the 39-acre site will feature more than 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sqm) of data hall space across approximately 243,000 sq ft (22,575 sqm) total. Legacy noted the site has the potential to expand to 150MW.
The project – located some 26 miles east of San Antonio – is currently under development and is expected to be ready for service in Q4 2027.
