A woman is warning drivers to avoid a local Walmart Auto Care Center after claiming employees spent more time gossiping than working on her vehicle.
Mrs. Chance (@firstladyclark45) shared the experience in a recent TikTok video, recounting what she described as an unprofessional oil-change visit.
“So never, ever, ever come to Walmart on 4th Street for an oil change,” Chance says in the clip.
According to Chance, technicians at the location were openly speaking negatively about what she described as the only Black female employee working there. She also said the mechanics had made little progress on her vehicle. “I have been here an hour and 30 minutes, and they haven’t even moved my car.”
Chance suggested the employees were spending more time talking than servicing customers, though she did not specify whether the vehicle was eventually serviced or how the situation was resolved.
