Romania is considering more serious diplomatic measures should serious incidents involving Russian strike drones entering its airspace during attacks against Ukraine recur.

Details: The president was asked whether Romania is planning further measures in response to the Geran drone incident in Galați, following the closure of the Russian consulate in Constanța and the expulsion of the Russian consul.
Nicușor Dan noted that Romania expects greater caution from the Russian side so that drones used to attack Ukraine do not pose a threat to the lives of Romanian citizens.
