Over the past few weeks, the signs coming out of Washington have started to look less like pressure, and more like preparation. The USS Nimitz carrier strike group entered the Caribbean alongside guided missile destroyers and surveillance aircraft. The ships arrived the same day the US indicted former Cuban president Raúl Castro, the 94-year-old figurehead of the Cuban Revolution.There are three possible outcomes.
