A French woman, Claire N’Djosse, has faulted prison authorities in the United Kingdom for releasing a Nigerian man, Ifedayo Adeyeye, accused of abducting their five-year-old son.
N’Djosse said she felt “betrayed” by the release of the 58-year-old British-Nigerian from HMP Pentonville in London on April 21, 2026.
According to a Daily Mail report, the woman said she had not seen her son, Laurys N’Djosse Adeyeye, since he was allegedly abducted in France by his father in July 2024.
N’Djosse said she believed Laurys was taken to Nigeria through the UK.
