Romanian President Nicușor Dan has said that the Russian drone which struck an apartment building in the Romanian city of Galați had been hit by Ukrainian air defence, causing it to change course.

Details: Dan said the Russian drone that hit the residential building altered its flight path after apparently being shot down over the Ukrainian city of Reni.
He stressed, however, that responsibility for the incident lies with Russia.
