Summer Spellman has been charged with Theo Silverton's murder, despite her protesting her innocence.‌She told DS Lisa Swain that Tyrone Dobbs saw her on the night Theo died, and that he also saw Theo was very much alive at the time. She believed this could save her, only for Tyrone to deny seeing Summer that night.‌A flashback confirmed Summer was telling the truth and they had seen each other. Tyrone was lying, and all this week he's appeared guilty, before Thursday's episode confirmed he was in cahoots with someone.Speaking on the phone, Tyrone was heard saying about Summer: "We're putting her through hell. No, we need to meet up soon, and we need to talk about what happened on the night Theo died."‌Friday's episode confirmed who it was Tyrone was speaking with and what happened. We saw him meeting up with another character where it was confirmed what had been covered up, and why Tyrone was lying about Summer.In fact, the person helping Tyrone keep his secret was actually encouraging him to not reveal all and help Summer. Then, a flashback confirmed that one the night that Theo died, Tyrone was the one who injured Carl, not Ronnie.Fans may recall Carl was trapped under a car at the garage on that night, and it seemed Ronnie was to blame. A flashback on Friday confirmed it was actually Tyrone who accidentally dropped the car on Carl.‌Ronnie arrived and told Tyrone to flee, and that he would deal with it all. It is that moment that played out in the flashback when Tyrone left the garage and fled to Underworld for Lisa and Carla's wedding reception.That is the moment Summer saw Tyrone, and he saw her and then Theo in the window.
