Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has said his administration has executed 1,353 projects across critical sectors of the state in the last seven years, insisting that the impact of governance is now visible across urban and rural communities.
The governor made the declaration in a Facebook post on Thursday after participating in the 2026 Annual Ilorin Grand Durbar Celebration held in Ilorin, the state capital.
AbdulRazaq said the atmosphere of peace currently being enjoyed in the state had made it possible for residents and visitors to gather once again for the cultural celebration associated with Eid-el-Kabir.
He described the Ilorin Durbar as one of the most prominent cultural festivals in Northern Nigeria, noting that the event has continued to attract tourists, corporate organisations and indigenes from different parts of the country.
