Meeting Dr. Ikechukwu Ezeugwu at the departure lounge of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport was far from an ordinary encounter. It became one of those rare moments where politics, intellect, reform, and personal simplicity unexpectedly converged.
Airports are temporary spaces where lives briefly intersect before separating again into different destinations. Yet amid the hurried footsteps, rolling suitcases, flight announcements, and restless movement of travelers, stood a man whose recent political initiative has stirred conversations across Enugu State and beyond.
For days now, the political atmosphere surrounding the Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency race has carried unusual energy following the introduction of the now widely discussed “Display Your CV” challenge by Ezeugwu, an aspirant under the Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC.
