Senator Jinggoy Estrada is facing his third plunder case
MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Ombudsman filed a plunder case against Senator Jinggoy Estrada on Thursday, May 28, over the flood control scam.
This is his third plunder case. He was charged with the same offense in the past over jueteng operations and the pork barrel scam. He was acquitted in both cases.
