Steven Rinella and his outdoor media and commerce company MeatEater, producer of the MeatEater series on Netflix and YouTube Channel, have signed with United Talent Agency for representation.

The Hollywood talent, entertainment, sports and advisory company will work with Rinella to expand business opportunities in digital video and audio, which already includes the longrunning MeatEater reality TV show and The MeatEater Podcast on Spotify. UTA will also look to expand MeatEater into brand partnerships, TV and live touring. That’s after Rinella has built a fan following among outdoor enthusiasts as a writer, TV performer and podcast host.

“Driven by Steven Rinella — a singular storyteller, history buff, conservationist, podcaster, and creator — and backed by an impressive leadership team, MeatEater’s built a deeply loyal community. We’re excited to partner with a brand whose audience doesn’t just follow the lifestyle; they live it,” Oren Rosenbaum, partner and co-head of UTA Creators, said in a statement.

MeatEater is UTA’s latest bet on the emerging creator economy, where audience-first storytelling by digital creators like Rinella has reshaped how Hollywood content is discovered, financed, developed and monetized.
