Bally’s Intralot has joined the Euronext Tech Leaders. As the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Robeson Reeves, noted, “this recognition reflects Bally’s Intralot’s evolution into one of the world’s most reliable and largest providers of technology solutions for iGaming and lotteries.”The Euronext Tech Leaders initiative is Euronext’s pan-European ecosystem for leading and fast-growing technology companies in Europe, supporting more than 100 tech companies through access to a strong network of investors, partners and specialised growth services.Commenting on the company’s trajectory following this distinction, Reeves noted that Bally’s Intralot is planning to expand into new markets, while also reminding investors that the company is evaluating the potential acquisition of British betting company Evoke. He identified Italy, Spain, Romania and Denmark as the initial target markets, underlining that Greece will serve as the base for the creation of a European gaming “champion”. As Bally’s Intralot management stressed, the first-quarter results provide a significant springboard for the new group, whose ambition is to become one of the world’s largest gaming companies.Revenue reached 268.1 million euros as a result of the consolidation of Bally’s International Interactive. Adjusted EBITDA (AEBITDA) amounted to 100.2 million euros, with the margin standing at 37.4%. The consolidation of BII contributed 183.9 million euros to Group revenue and 72.7 million to AEBITDA (39.5% AEBITDA margin). Total liquidity reached 417.3 million euros, consisting of cash reserves of 257.3 million (excluding restricted cash deposits) and a 160 million revolving credit facility, which remains fully undrawn.Focusing on the group’s 2026 first-quarter performance, its strong liquidity position, developments in the international gaming market — particularly in the United Kingdom — and the group’s next investment moves, including Evoke, Reeves stated that “within this context, Bally’s Intralot is exploring an emerging opportunity related to Evoke, which we are actively pursuing and on which we expect to provide further details in the coming days.”
