Bally’s Intralot S.A. announced the signing of a new contract with Hellenic Lotteries S.A., a member of the Allwyn Hellas Group, for the implementation of its advanced lottery technology solutions.According to the announcement, following an international tender process, Hellenic Lotteries S.A. recently secured the exclusive right to operate and manage the Greek State Lotteries (passive lotteries and instant games) for a 12-year period commencing on 2 May 2026.It is noted that the company had also held the previous 12-year licence for the State Lotteries. The contract awarded to Bally’s Intralot concerns the seamless migration of Hellenic Lotteries’ existing lottery system, which already operates on Bally’s Intralot technology, to the company’s latest technological platform. More specifically, Bally’s Intralot will implement a fully integrated lottery and instant games management solution based on the flagship LotosX Omni ecosystem.Bally’s Intralot will continue to support Hellenic Lotteries in distributing its games through its extensive retail network, while also providing digital connectivity capabilities. The contract covers an initial base period of one year, with the option either for annual extensions of up to three years or continuation throughout the full duration of the concession.Commenting on the agreement, Allwyn Hellas Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jan Karas stated: “We are particularly pleased with our partnership with Bally’s Intralot in the new era of Hellenic Lotteries.
