MANILA, Philippines – Travelers booking flights within and out of the Philippines from June 1 to 15 can expect lower travel costs after the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) again reduced the allowable fuel surcharge amid easing jet fuel prices.
In an advisory on Thursday, the CAB lowered the fuel surcharge to Level 13, down from Level 15 implemented from May 16 to 31, and significantly below the record-high Level 19 imposed from April 16 to 30.
