Russia’s LNG production increased 9.6% on the year to 12.5 million tons in the first four months of 2026, the country's statistics service said in a monthly report on Wednesday. The boost was primarily due to regular shipments from the blacklisted Arctic LNG 2 project to China, which started in late August 2025.
