French digital services provider Inetum has partnered with AionOS to boost its delivery capabilities across the EUROMED region (including France and Belgium) and expanding markets such as Bulgaria, Poland, and the UK. This strategic alliance is designed to accelerate Inetum's international growth.Inetum is a €2.2 billion company serving in 19 countries with 27,000 employees currently.“We have a team of around 60 people in India who have been doing very well for our client. Therefore, our customers have been demanding that we look at India for scaling our capabilities here, and we have much bigger ambitions,” Jacques Pommeraud, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Inetum told reporters here.He said by leveraging AionOS to structure and rapidly scale Inetum India, the company is choosing a demanding model of a capability centre designed from the outset to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) at the core of delivery.customer demandsOn asked about Indian regulations and polices around local data centres Pommeraud said, “Every company that operates out of India serves European markets or American markets...so of course we will be compliant with the rules and customer demands.”AionOS said it will bring its full AI-native delivery model, spanning agentic workflows, intelligent operations, and human-in-the-loop governance; ensuring that AI is not a feature layered onto delivery, but the operating foundation on which Inetum India is built.“We are bringing our full AI-native capability that includes our people, our technology stack and our delivery IP, to architect a centre that operates with intelligence embedded at its core,” CP Gurnani, co-founder and Vice Chairman, AionOS said.He said the partnership immediately scales up Inetum capacity in India to around 2,200 people, with some of the teams at AionOS getting integrated with Inetum India. Gurnani said that the partnerships will come into effect from July after regulatory approvals.“We have chosen Hyderabad for our talent base. We will expand to other cities based on requirement,” Gurnani added.Published on May 27, 2026
