Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa again went into hiding after his brief appearance at the Senate last May 11 to vote for a change in Senate leadership.
He was immediately placed under the Senate’s protective custody after the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) attempted to serve the arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
He left the Senate premises before dawn, hours after a chaotic shooting incident.
