A man who allegedly killed his twin brother after caring for him for years was arrested following an attempt to take his own life, police said on Tuesday.
The Osan police precinct arrested the man on murder charges and is holding him while investigating the case, police said.

The man is accused of fatally stabbing his twin brother multiple times in a house in Osan, Gyeonggi, at around 3:30 a.m. last Friday. After the attack, the man allegedly attempted suicide and was found unconscious by responding officers at around 11:10 a.m. the same day before being taken to a hospital.
