Sir, – I’ve just read in Mick Heaney’s Radio column in today’s edition of The Ticket (May, 23rd) that, during his Mooney Goes Wild show, Derek Mooney related seeing what he thought was a rat, but then realised that it was actually a squirrel. It reminded me of the story of Micheál MacLiammóir being made aware of a squirrel in New York, to which he replied “they’re only rats in drag”. – Yours, etc,DANNY BOYD,Belfast.
