South Africa set for calm and dry Wednesday weather.

South Africans can expect a largely calm and dry day across the country on Wednesday, with no severe weather alerts or widespread rainfall expected. The South African Weather Service has indicated stable conditions for most provinces, bringing fine skies, cool mornings and pleasantly warm afternoon temperatures in many areas.

Rain chances remain very low nationwide, with most regions expected to stay dry throughout the day. Only isolated cloud cover is expected over parts of Limpopo and the Lowveld of Mpumalanga, but no significant rainfall is anticipated.

Gauteng will enjoy fine weather with warm afternoon conditions and a high UVB sunburn index. Limpopo and Mpumalanga will see partly cloudy conditions at times, especially in the east, while the central and western interior remains sunny and mild.

The Free State, North West and Northern Cape are all expected to remain dry with cool to warm temperatures. Morning fog patches may develop over the far western Northern Cape before clearing to sunny skies later in the day. Coastal winds along the Northern Cape shoreline are expected to freshen during the afternoon.
