adsBuba Marwa, Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has visited two gallant officers of the Agency currently receiving treatment at the National Hospital in Abuja.

Femi Babafemi, the Agency’s Spokesman who gave the officers’ names as Ayegh Dooyun Zachariah and Shehu Jamil Ibrahim, said they sustained severe injuries in the course of their official assignment, following a violent mob attack on them ata notorious drug joint in the Dawaki area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

The officers were attacked by drug addicts at the Dawaki area of Abuja, as they raid the area, that is fast becoming notorious for drug trafficking, prostitutions, patronised by women of easy virtues, as well as sundry crime and criminality,

Marwa, had during his visit, sympathised with the injured officers and extended the support of the entire NDLEA management.

“He assured them that the Agency will take full responsibility for their welfare, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical care until they are fully recovered and back on their feet.adsads
