Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Nikita Kuzmin appeared on Tuesday's episode of Good Morning Britain10:22, 26 May 2026Updated 10:26, 26 May 2026Strictly Come Dancing pro dancer Nikita Kuzmin was grilled about reports that Dani Dyer could be returning to the BBC One dance competition.The dancer, 28, appeared on Tuesday's Good Morning Britain to talk all things about Strictly, as well as his Supernova dance tour where he will tour the UK with special guests such as Karen Hauer and Nadiya Bychkova.Only recently, it was reported that Dani, 29, could be ready to head back to the BBC contest.The daughter of Danny Dyer left last year's contest just moments before the launch show was filmed after a dramatic and sudden exit involving a fractured ankle following an injury during rehearsals. Now, reports suggest she's in talks for another go.Talking about the reports that Dani, who was originally partnered with Nikita before her exit, could return, the professional dancer said: "I don't know. I mean, I wish I would know. But, guys, we honestly don't know anything."To which host Ranvir Singh pointed out: "Because, of course, you were meant to be dancing with Dani Dyer last year and in the end, you ended up in the final with Amber Davies, didn't you?" with Nikita replying: "Yes, yes, yes, we did!"Elsewhere during the chat, Nikita was asked about the new presenting line-up for Strictly Come Dancing. The BBC One dance show announced the new hosts taking over Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman last week.It comes after Tess, 57, and Claudia, 54, stepped down from their roles on the popular BBC One dance show last year. Tess had hosted Strictly since it launched in 2004 while Claudia joined as a co-presenter in 2014.It was announced on Tuesday 19 May that presenter Emma Willis, 50, comedian Josh Widdicombe, 43, and Strictly professional dancer Johannes Radebe, 39, would be taking on the ballroom hosting duties this autumn in an exciting new era for the hit BBC One dance show.Nikita said of the line-up: "So excited! You know, obviously, Tess and Claudia are legendary. So, like, to go with Emma, Josh and Jojo is absolutely epic. And plus, Jojo. You know, we know Jojo so well.
