A collapse at an overpass demolition site in central Seoul Tuesday left at least three people dead and three others injured.
According to fire authorities, the collapse occurred at approximately 2:32 p.m. at the Seosomun Overpass demolition site in Seodaemun District. The exact cause of the accident remains unknown.
In response to the emergency, the fire department issued a Level 1 response status at 2:49 p.m., deploying rescue teams to search the debris.
