MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos left for Tokyo, Japan on Tuesday for a four-day state visit.

The plane carrying Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and the rest of the Philippine delegation departed the Villamor Airbase in Pasay City at 1:36 p.m.

Their estimated time of arrival at Haneda Airport is 6:15 p.m. (local time). This marks the President’s first state visit to the East Asian country.
