Originally from Bali, Indonesia, Chef Twedi has built his culinary career across Marriott International properties in the Middle East, Indonesia and Vietnam. His cooking style combines Eastern and Western influences while drawing inspiration from Vietnamese and Indonesian culinary traditions.

Under his direction, Madame Son has become known for its modern interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine while maintaining traditional flavors and techniques. The restaurant was named among the World's Top 100 Restaurants 2025 by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
Chef Summer Le, who was born and raised in Da Nang, is recognized for her ingredient-driven and sustainability-focused approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Through Nén Danang, she has developed tasting menus centered on local ingredients, regional culture and storytelling.
