CALLS for the resignations of Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro and Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander rang out in Port of Spain yesterday as nearly 200 supporters of Kaia Sealy and Joshua Samaroo gathered outside Police Administration Building demanding that officers involved in Samaroo’s shooting death be charged with murder.The protest, held at the corner of Sackville and Edward streets, came days after the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) announced that warrants have been issued for Sealy to be charged with manslaughter in relation to Samaroo’s death during a police chase on January 20.
