MOSCOW, May 25. /TASS/. Russia and Armenia, being members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), remain friends and maintain their bilateral dialogue, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.

"We are continuing our dialogue," Peskov said at a news briefing. "We uphold the dialogue with our Armenian friends and will continue to do so in the future."

Asked to specify whether Moscow and Yerevan are friends, Peskov replied: "Certainly."

"Together with Armenia we are part of one of the advanced integration processes," he emphasized.

"We do know that there are political forces in Armenia that stand for full support of the Russian vector of development, focusing on further deepening participation in integration processes with Russia’s participation," Peskov stated. "Of course, we are encouraged by this approach and are not making a secret of it."
