The Managing Director, Niger Delta Development Commission, Dr Samuel Ogbuku, says ongoing reforms and digitisation initiatives will drive service delivery and operational efficiency.
A statement by the Director, Corporate Affairs, Mrs Seledi Thompson-Wakama, on Monday, said that Ogbuku made the expression when he visited the commission’s office in Yenagoa.
Ogbuku said that the reforms were part of the management’s efforts to reposition the commission.
He said that the reforms and digitalisation initiatives were critical to modernising the institution and improving its operational standards.
“The reforms will streamline workflow processes and eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks affecting service delivery.
