Mumbai: Industrial real estate developer Panattoni has forayed into Hyderabad with a Rs 150 crore advanced manufacturing project, expanding its India footprint through a build-to-own development model targeted at aerospace and high-precision manufacturing companies.The project, spread over a 10-acre land parcel, will comprise a 1.52 lakh sq ft aerospace-grade manufacturing facility. The construction, scheduled to commence in July, is expected to be completed within 15 months, the company said in a release.“We are creating a high-performance industrial asset that combines speed with certainty for advanced manufacturing companies,” said Norbert Sumisławski, Interim MD India & Managing Director International Project Management, Panattoni.Also Read: Kalpataru expects Rs 1,250 crore revenue from new cluster redevelopment project in MumbaiThe development comes amid growing demand from advanced engineering, aerospace and electronics manufacturers for specialised industrial infrastructure with higher technical specifications and integrated utility systems.The core manufacturing block will span over 1.12 lakh sq ft and feature a 9-metre clear height along with industrial flooring designed to support machinery loads of up to five tonnes per sq meter.
