A source told The Sun: "Dani was beyond gutted when she had to quit Strictly.“She never got a chance to do a single show or a dance for the judges so when the door was opened for her again by the BBC she jumped at the chance. Dani hasn’t signed her contract yet but she’s clearing her diary and has told the BBC she wants in."‌The insider said any chance to return would be like a "dream come true" for actor Danny Dyer's daughter. "She is determined to get on the dance floor and show the viewers what she’s made of," they said.Last year, Dani injured her foot, ruling her out before the show even began. At the time, as she confirmed her exit, she said: "I thought I had rolled my foot but it swelled up badly.“After an MRI scan it turns out I have fractured my ankle. And speaking of her dad's part, she proudly said: "It’s been amazing. Everyone loves Fred-Fred, don’t they?"I feel like people have really recognised him as an actor, and he deserves it. He’s killing it in life at the minute.”Speaking of Danny as a granddad, she said: "He’s the softest person. He’s so sweet, and the best storyteller. It must be the actor in him.”Article continues belowLike this story?
