The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heatwave warning in nine Telangana districts for Monday.According to IMD's latest bulletin, heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal and Hanamkonda districts.Additionally, warm nights are very likely to prevail at isolated pockets in Adilabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam and Nalgonda districts.The bulletin also stated that thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal districts. Hyderabad and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a partly cloudy sky. “Light rain or thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds are very likely to occur in parts of the city towards evening or night.
