A major breakthrough has emerged in the Niger Delta that may boost golf as a sport as Norrenberger group which deals in about eight segments of investments has signed a deal to sponsor golf.
Norrenberger has footprints in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Digital Banking, Securities, Insurance, Pensions, Development Finance, Lending, and Trust. The partnership was signed between the Norrenberger group and Python International Golf Club in Port Harcourt at the weekend. The signing also heralded the kickoff of gold classic in the Garden City.adsads
Thus, about one thousand golfers are expected in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, for a classic two-day golf tournament aimed among others to promote grassroots participation and strengthen community ties.
The tournament titled 2026 Norrenberger International Golf Classic has the ‘Norrenberger Group’, as its headline sponsor in partnership with Python International Golf Club, Port Harcourt.
