Members and supporters of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) turned out across the 57 wards of Kogi Central Senatorial District to affirm the candidacy of Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as the party’s flag bearer for the 2027 general election.
The exercise witnessed widespread participation from party faithful across the district and was conducted simultaneously in all 57 wards before the final collation of results at Kahal Cinema, Okene, where party leaders, stakeholders and supporters gathered to conclude the process.adsads
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials alongside members of the media, monitored activities across the wards and at the final collation centre to ensure compliance with due process and transparency.
Speaking shortly after the collation, Akpoti-Uduaghan commended party members and supporters for what she described as an overwhelming show of confidence and unity.
