Bayern Munich honorary president, Uli Hoeneß has dismissed any suggestion that José Mourinho could lure Michael Olise away from the German champions, following Mourinho’s appearance at the DFB-Pokal final.
Mourinho’s presence at the match in Berlin sparked immediate speculation in German and international media that the veteran coach was closely monitoring Olise, who has quickly become one of Bayern’s standout attacking talents since his arrival.
The French winger’s performances have drawn widespread attention across Europe, with several top clubs believed to be tracking his progress.
But Hoeneß was quick to shut down the rumours with his trademark bluntness, making it clear Bayern have no intention of entertaining offers for the player.
