MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon — Several local government units (LGUs) in Bukidnon are still awaiting official instructions from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) regarding the lifting of the four-day workweek arrangement.
The development followed the Supreme Court’s decision to end its temporary four-day workweek and work-from-home setup effective May 2026, reverting to a regular five-day onsite work schedule.
DILG-Bukidnon Director Rhona Pedraza-Abadilla said no directive has yet been issued by the DILG Central Office for LGUs regarding the work arrangement.
