The source added: "It's got to that level where Katie's thinking, this is just absolute dire drivel."Lee is thought to be unable to leave Dubai after allegedly forging his ex-girlfriend's signature to secure a £200,000 loan - something he has strongly denied. He is also reported to have spent three weeks in jail last year for allegedly obtaining funds by deception. The marriage has caused issues with Katie's children, as she has been in Dubai with Lee for long stretches while the kids remain in the UK.As a British citizen who married in Dubai, Katie could file for divorce through the English courts without needing to return to Dubai.
