President Bola Tinubu has emerged victorious in the presidential primary election of the All Progressives Congress held in Kabo Ward, Kabo Local Government Area of Kano State.

The exercise took place on Saturday at the APC secretariat in the ward, which is the home ward of the Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin.

According to a statement issued by Barau’s media aide, Ismail Mudashir, the Deputy Senate President said the turnout was a positive signal ahead of the 2027 general elections.

“With the massive turnout of party members, Insha Allah, the coast is clear for the victory of President Tinubu come January 16th, 2027, when the Independent National Electoral Commission will conduct the presidential and National Assembly elections,” he said.
