The Kano State Government has inaugurated a 14-member committee to coordinate activities for the forthcoming celebration marking the third anniversary of the administration of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
A statement issued on Saturday by the Press Secretary, Office of the Secretary to the State Government, Musa Tanko Muhammad, said the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Faruk Ibrahim, inaugurated the committee on behalf of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf.
“The 14-member committee is tasked with organising a befitting programme that will highlight the achievements and milestones recorded by the present administration within its first three years in office,” the statement said.
Speaking during the inauguration ceremony held at the Cabinet Office Conference Hall, the SSG emphasised the need for a comprehensive and impactful celebration capable of attracting prominent personalities from within and outside Kano State.
