In just their second season, they beat Sydney FC 1-0 in front of 28,374 fans at their Go Media Stadium home in the 2026 decider.
Cam Howieson – with help from Sydney defender Jordan Courtney-Perkins – broke the deadlock on the hour mark in a cagey affair. It was his first A-League Men goal.
